It was our first thanksgiving just the two of us and my first turkey ever!<br />I'm glad to say that the turkey turned out really good!! We had turkey, funeral potatoes, green beams, rolls, pumpkin pie, strawberry pie, farofa and guarana. The last two things are Brazilian things that we mixed up with the thanksgiving food.<br />We started cooking the day before thanksgiving. On the thanksgiving day we had a brunch with a lot of Brazilians that live at Wymount like us. Then we went home and kept cooking until 9 pm when the turkey was finally ready.<br />We watched 2 movies, relaxed and ate a looooot. I don't know if we will write in Portuguese or English or both or maybe i can find a translation button. Oh well.....we will see...but I just wanted to write our first post here, even if it's a short one.
